How long does shipping take?

Orders usually process in 1-2 business days. Standard delivery generally arrives within 3-5 business days after processing, Express delivery generally arrives within 2-3 business days, and a Next-Day option may be available at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on orders $35+. If an order does not qualify, shipping costs are shown during checkout.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Eligible returns are refunded for the purchase price minus original shipping after approval.

Can I return an item I changed my mind about?

Yes, eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Email support with your order number and reason for return.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after the order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Do you ship internationally?

This store is configured for the United States. International shipping is not available by default.

How do I request a refund?

Do not send items back until support provides instructions, because the return address may differ from the company mailing address.
