Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major payment methods available through Shopify checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay when enabled for the store. Available methods may vary by device, region, and checkout settings.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in USD unless checkout shows otherwise.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination, taxable items, and current tax rules.

Security & PCI Compliance

Payment information is processed through Shopify checkout. Shopify is PCI DSS compliant via Shopify, and card details are handled by secure payment processors rather than stored directly by this storefront.

Authorization Holds

Your bank may show an authorization hold after checkout. If an order is cancelled or payment fails, the hold may remain temporarily depending on your card issuer.

Failed Transactions

If payment fails, check billing details, card limits, bank fraud controls, and available funds. We cannot ship an order until payment is successfully authorized.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under the Refund Policy. Bank posting times may vary. We cannot issue a refund to a different card, bank account, wallet, or person unless required by the payment processor or applicable law. If the original payment method is closed, contact the issuing bank for posting support.
