Refund Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept eligible Hero Cosmetics product returns under this rule: change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase; prepaid labels are provided; refunds exclude original shipping. Items must be in a returnable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may reject returns that show misuse, excessive damage, missing items, or requests outside the policy window.

Return Window

How to Request

Email support@herropatch.shop with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, wrong, incomplete, or otherwise affected by a fulfillment issue. Our team will respond with next steps.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For eligible returns, a prepaid return label may be provided. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law or unless the return is due to our fulfillment error.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, final-sale items, downloadable products, opened or heavily used personal care items, and items returned without proof of purchase may be non-returnable unless required by law. Items sent back without approval may be delayed or refused because our team needs the order number and return authorization to match the package to the correct customer record.
