Shipping Region
We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders cannot be shipped to every international destination through this store.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders $35+. Orders below the free-shipping threshold may show shipping charges during checkout before payment is submitted.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During promotions, launches, or carrier disruptions, processing may take longer.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery generally arrives within 3-5 business days after processing. Express delivery generally arrives within 2-3 business days. Next-Day delivery option available at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carriers may experience delays.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order leaves the fulfillment location. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier scans the package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us quickly if an address needs correction; once an order ships, changes may not be possible.
Lost / Damaged in Transit
If a package appears lost, damaged, or misdelivered, contact us with the order number and any carrier photos or delivery details. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, review the Refund Policy and email support with photos.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available by default through this store. For shipping questions, contact support@herropatch.shop. Shipping estimates do not include delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, incorrect addresses, payment review, holidays, or events outside the store's control. If a package is returned to sender because of an incomplete address or failed delivery attempt, support will review the order and explain available options. Shipping fees, if any, are shown before payment is submitted, and placing an order confirms that the customer accepts the displayed delivery method and estimated timing.
