These Terms of Service govern use of herropatch.shop, an online store for Hero Cosmetics operated by Hero Cosmetics, LLC. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This clone-site store uses guest checkout only. Customer accounts are not required to browse products or complete checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

Products & Pricing

Product descriptions, images, availability, and prices may change without notice. We try to display information accurately, but typographical errors, inventory changes, and technical issues may occur.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing is a temporary offer and is not a statement of regular retail price, original retail price, market value, or price history. Promotions may change, pause, or end at any time before an order is accepted.

Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation means we received your order request. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for fraud prevention, inventory, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or suspected resale activity.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Free shipping on orders $35+. Standard delivery is generally 3-5 business days after processing. See the Shipping Policy for current details.

Returns

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returns follow the Refund Policy, including proof of purchase and refund timing requirements.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law + Contact

If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with posted policies, form the agreement between the customer and the store for online purchases.
